In what promises to be an interesting tactical showdown, Cazoo Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz (5-5) hosts EA7 Emporio Armani Milan (7-3) in Round 11. Even though these teams' first meeting was in 2009, this is their 22nd clash. Baskonia hosts Milan in Round 11

Baskonia comes off a road loss against FC Barcelona but has been solid at home this season, 4-1 with the only loss coming against Olympiacos Piraeus. Baskonia leads all home teams in PIR (113.2) and scoring (99.2 ppg.), getting almost 10 points more on average than any other team and shooting the ball (62.7% 2FG, 44.2% 2FG) with great percentages. If Baskonia sticks to its usual game numbers at home and plays at full speed, not many teams can win at Buesa Arena.
After a 3-1 start, Milan is on a six-game losing streak that has sent Coach Ettore Messina's team to the bottom of the standings. Milan, however, is 3-2 on the road and playing much better defense. The team leads the EuroLeague with the fewest points allowed on the road, just 72.6 per night. Milan is without Kevin Pangos but brought back sharpshooter Billy Baron, who should instantly improve his team's offense with his three-point accuracy.
