Boosted by last week’s impressive victory over Bayern, ASVEL (5-18) will look to keep on moving in the right direction with a tough visit from playoff-chasing Fenerbahce (14-9).
Sarunas Jasikevicius, Fenerbahce: 'They changed the way they wanted to play the game.'

Strong rebounding was key for ASVEL in its triumph last week with Youssoupha Fall grabbing 13 boards and Mbaye Ndiaye 11, and they will look to prevent Fener big man Johnathan Motley from repeating his dominant performance – 23 points and 11 rebounds – in last week’s win over Virtus. Both teams were under the command of different coaches when they met in Round 4, as Fenerbahce defeated ASVEL 101-86 behind 18 points from Scottie Wilbekin and 9 assists from Nick Calathes. The Turkish team has the third-best three-point conversion rate in the league, 38.1%, while ASVEL ranks last in that category (33.2%).
Sarunas Jasikevicius, Fenerbahce head coach
"ASVEL on the road is always a difficult game. Defensively they have been much better than the beginning of the season. They have a very physical team and they have been on a very good run. They won three out of their last five games in the EuroLeague and with the home crowd we need to be ready for a very physical and tough game. We also need to understand that they are a little bit different right now than before with two shooting power forward position players they changed the way they wanted to play the game."
Amine Noua, Fenerbahce player
"It will be really great to be back in my hometown. It is a special game for me against my former team ASVEL. I am really glad to be back there with a big team like Fenerbahce, it is a great honour for me. I will give everything for my team Fenerbahce Beko to come back with a victory. We have an important game in front of us and we need to play in the right way and in the winning mode as a team."
