Olympiacos Piraeus will compete in the 2023 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four for the second year in a row, having last season ended its five-year wait to appear in European basketball's showpiece event. Ten years on since Olympiacos last won the EuroLeague title, the Reds held their nerve to defeat Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul 84-72 in Game 5 of the playoffs and record successive Final Four appearances for the first time since it won back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013. Having had a league-best 24-10 record in the regular season, which saw it enter the playoffs as the No. 1 seed, Olympiacos defeated Fenerbahce 3-2 in their five-game series and booked its ticket to Kaunas in the process.
